CALL CENTER CAPACITY AT SCALE

 

We have made over 14 million live calls (14,457/,057 to be exact) utilizing up to 29 locations during peak political season; usually reduced to 16 call centers during non-political seasons. We aim to supply our core centers with work during the slow times and expand to overflow centers as we get more work in election years. 

 

  • Overall basic capacity ranges from 6,100 to 6,600 agents, and during peak political season this can expand to upwards of 7,600 to 8,300 agents with the proper notice.

 

  • We can add an additional 2,000 agents in the week prior to the election for GOTV only. We are only limited by the receiving end capacity at local switches.

 

  • We work in concert with carriers and our dialing algorithms to ensure that we do not overwhelm any individual switches.

 

  • Our primary provider has capacity in excess of 100,000 phone lines to make outbound calls on our dialing platform. On busy days they have easily made over 50 million calls in a single day without maxing out capacity.

 

  • We have a secondary provider with a capacity of 20,000 phone lines. They have made as many as 1.4 million calls a day without coming anywhere near capacity.
